Commission Agreement and TermsThank you for choosing to work with me! By commissioning me, you've agreed to the following terms for both personal and commercial use of the commissioned work, even if you haven't read this. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at any linked socials.Engagement GuidelinesTo ensure a smooth commission process, please provide clear details, reference sheets, and any assets required. Please be polite and precise. Always reach out to me if you are not sure whether I can draw your request!Rights UsageAs the artist, I retain the copyright to display and distribute the commission for personal use on my portfolio, social media or streaming platforms. Clients can request not to post on social media or streaming if they prefer - up to 1 months. To do this, please let me know in advance.Content RestrictionsI refrain from creating explicit or offensive content and have some restrictions regarding underage characters or triggering requests.Communication ProcessExpect ongoing friendly and positive communication with work-in-progress updates for your approval. Updates occur during sketch, flat colors and rendering.Deadline and PaymentThe basic deadline is 1 months. You can speed up the deadline for a additional payment, but I cannot finish the drawing in less than 2 weeks. Payments are made through LavaTop (PayPal available) sent beforehand. Please know that there’s a fee (~5%) on this platform that you have to pay.

- use for a profile picture/ banner
- use a custom as your sona/mascot with my authorship
- use a drawing in a personal, non-monetizing content2. Streamer commercial license (+50% to a price):
- streamer content
- use for any online, digital, non-physical monetizing content
- starting/ending soon screen
- use a custom made character as your vtube model3. Merch commercial license (+100% to a price):
- streamer license included
- may sell and make merch
- printing and selling in any way
- use as covers for songs/books etc
- use for ads with credits to me━━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━━Draw: humans, females, feminine males, people with animal details (ears, tails), furry, anthro, light erotica, erotica, ocs, fanarts, selfshipsDon't draw: real people from photos, guro, children, schock themes like suic*de, mecha━━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━━- The additional character is +100% to price
- I can cancel the commission if your request doesn't suit me/my art style
- I dont do refunds
- Payment via LavaTop (PayPal available)
- commercial rights from 50% to 100% (see the commercial licenses point above)
- I can increase the price if the design/idea is hard and detailed
- Free edits on the sketch stage, after that all the edits cost 5usd
(I dont do edits on the rendering stage)
- 100% prepayment only through LavaTop (PayPal available)*LavaTop is a website where you pay a commission by buying a paid post I’ve posted (for example, I post a paid post with an adopt, and by buying it, you pay for that character, and I send it to you)
